About

Lost Farm Festival is an interdisciplinary and independent festival that embraces experimenting and being adventurous. It brings together an international program of art, performances, and concerts by artists whose work straddles the margins, is not easily defined, and pushes boundaries.

The program is led by Lost Farm’s vision of openness and curiosity. It creates a journey that highlights quality artistic potential by inviting a blend of artists and projects that explore global and hyper-local perspectives through specially commissioned artworks, music and interdisciplinary performances, DIY workshops, expeditions, installations, and more.

“We are passionate about encouraging and supporting artists and art forms in ways that aren’t limited to traditional institutional and disciplinary boundaries so new artworks and collaborations can emerge. In short, we want to explore, create and have fun.”
– Jude Bennett, Chairperson & Program Lead.

Map of Odden

The festival takes place at Lost Farm HQ, an old farmstead with two stages in the residential hamlet called Yderby on the edge of Havnebyen – a small fishing village on the rugged seaside peninsula of Sjællands Odde in Denmark. Throughout the three-day festival, the program expands beyond the Lost Farm HQ where guests have to navigate and meander the landscape to encounter various artworks and performances throughout the fields, seaside, and harbor – an opportunity to get lost.

Lost Farm Festival is organized by Lost Farm, a group of international cultural professionals and entrepreneurs who live in Sjællands Odde. Lost Farm is a not-for-profit volunteer association that develops and curates an annual program of regenerative and artistic events—including the main event, LOST FARM FESTIVAL—to create an opportunity to envision a shared identity and future for coastal communities.

TICKET SALES and ARTIST ANNOUNCEMENTS will begin first in 2025.
