CROQUIS COLLECTIVE (DK/NL)
Come and swing your charcoal to the music of the naked Croquis Collective.
Imagine a sun-drenched corn field, birds singing, the fresh smell of flowers and butterflies dancing gently around, while the Croquis Collective play their vibrant and vital impro-music and pose for the Lostfarmers who can capture their naked bodies on their drawing boards - au naturel!
Croquis Collective is an international collaboration of various leading and upcoming artists that combine croquis drawing with free jazz, where the band members take turns posing as life models while the rest of the band improvises music that matches the poses. A collective of experienced musicians who come together to make a lively collection of original compositions right in front of you.
As the name suggests, Croquis Collective is a collective that mixes the art of croquis with instant-composed music. The group contains many different instrumentalists, and you never know what constellation will come next. It can be everything from harps to clarinet to trombone and tuba.
At their performance at Lost Farm Festival, they will be accompanied by a special guest croquis star from Egypt.
