Over the years on Sjællands Odde there has been an emergance of a strong and self-conscious international landscape of local organic food producers, chefs, winemakers, brewmasters, preservers, experimental food fermenters, juice makers, bakers, and much more.

Lost Farm Festival is proud to collaborate with thoughtful and respected local partners and friends from Odsherred, who share our commitment to be and do better for our shared home (Mother Earth) and take responsibility and act for social change - all while tasting delicious.

Noosh
Noosh is a vibrant eatery newly located at Auktionshallen in Havnbyen harbour, that brings a fresh twist to the Persian-inspired kitchen. Known for its innovative dishes made with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients, Noosh offers a unique dining experience that blends tradition with creativity. It’s the perfect spot for those seeking bold flavors and a welcoming atmosphere with a glass of natural wine.

Kiosken på Odden
Kiosken på Odden is an independent delicatessen, wine shop, and renegade producer of reclaimed preserves. Matthew Francis Parker crafts small-batch preserves using wild ingredients and collaborates with rural farms and producers to champion sustainable and ethical food systems. With a focus on quality and community, Kiosken på Odden offers a unique blend of locally sourced, thoughtfully crafted goods.

DOK 300
The local bodega Dok 300 in Havnebyen has seating both inside and outside. The parasols and cool beer keep you cool in the summer heat while lending back and enjoying Havnebyen as local as it can be. Throughout the year they arrange all kinds of events such as ludo and bob tournaments, kids disco, ladies' nights, and beer marathons. At Lost Farm Festival Dok 300 will host one of our performances giving a particularly unique insight into the local underground. 

Havnebyens Kaffebar
Havnebyens Kaffebar is a cozy, local coffee shop known for its expertly brewed coffee and inviting atmosphere. With a focus on high-quality beans from La Cabra and sustainable sourcing, it’s a beloved spot for both locals and visitors looking to enjoy a great cup of coffee in a warm and welcoming setting, and Pizza on Friday Night and every day in Summer - they will come a make their delicious pizza’s at Lost Farm HQ.

Birkemosegaard
Birkemosegaard, located just outside Havnebyen, grows grains, potatoes, vegetables, and fruit, and raises cattle with 30 breeding cows and 50 young animals. Owned by Kalatrong Apairatana (Kung) and Jesper Andersen, the farm has been in the family since 1906. Birkemosegaard is both organically certified and follows biodynamic principles. They run a farm-to-table restaurant and supply high-end restaurants in Copenhagen.

Tir Bakery
Tir Bakery is a charming local bakery known for its delicious, freshly baked goods. Offering a variety of treats ranging from artisanal bread to mouth-watering pastries, Tir Bakery prides itself on using high-quality ingredients and traditional baking methods. The bread is made with slow-fermented sourdough using old grain varieties like Ølands and Rye, freshly milled to enhance flavor and nutrition. Rich in vitamins and essential oils, this bread is more digestible than modern industrial breads.

TO ØL
To Øl is an independently-owned Danish brewery founded in 2010 with a mission to craft high-quality beer sustainably. In 2019, they acquired the former Beauvais ketchup factory in Svinninge, transforming it into a state-of-the-art brewery. To Øl brews a wide range of styles and their commitment to quality and innovation has enabled them to export quality beers to more than 31 countries.

Vinhanen
Vinhanen is a nomadic winery founded by Jacob Schou, driven by a deep passion for pure, organic wine. Their mission is to make the complex world of wine more accessible to all. Since 2013, when they first served wines on tap, Vinhanen has upheld the belief that everyone deserves a good glass of clean, organic wine.

NODA
NODA, short for "not a soda," is something a little different. It’s sparkling water made with 30% pressed organic fruit. It’s a simple, refreshing drink that’s made with Danish organic ingredients and has just a few calories. Unlike regular sodas, it doesn’t have any synthetic ingredients. It’s a natural, lighter option if you’re looking for something to replace soda or zero-calorie drinks without all the added stuff.
